Identity Threat Detection and Response product within Elastic Security platform

What you'll be doing

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR function within Elastic Security
• Manage non-human and AI agent identity security planning and lifecycle
• Partner with threat research and detection engineering on identity-specific threats
• Drive response and containment strategy with automated and human-overseen actions
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand identity attack requirements
• Evangelize Elastic identity capabilities through content and community engagement

Requirements

• 10+ years product management or solution delivery in security products
• Deep knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabric
• Fluency in AI/ML including behavioral analytics and anomaly detection
• Demonstrated ability to lead across matrixed organization and drive execution
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
• Customer obsession and commitment to solving real-world security problems

Compensation range

• EUR 94,400-116,900 base per year
