How the list is built
We choose companies first, then roles
Most European job postings don't show a salary. In our data only about 1 in 10 PM roles states a pay range. So the bar is set at company level: a company is listed when public compensation data shows it pays senior product managers €100k or more in total compensation, adjusted for the country.
Roles come straight from the company
We collect roles from company careers pages and the public job feeds of their hiring systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters). A few companies are checked by hand on their own sites. We don't take roles from recruiters, aggregators or LinkedIn.
Only product management roles
Included: Product Manager, Senior, Lead/Staff, Principal, Group PM, Head of Product, Director and VP of Product. Not included: project management, product marketing, product design, product analytics, programme management, product operations, internships and associate programmes.
One role, one listing
Companies often post the same role in several countries. We list it once and show every country it hires in.
Closed roles go, stale roles are marked
Roles are removed once the company takes them down, and their pages go with them. Roles open for more than six months stay listed but are marked and shown lower.
General applications are excluded
Talent pools, open applications and register-your-interest posts are left out.
Right now
253 open roles at 78 companies, about 23 new each week (data as of 11 Oct 2026).
