Principal Product Manager (XDR & Exposure Management) - Security Solutions

Lead XDR and exposure management product strategy for Elastic Security platform.

What you'll be doing

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network detection
• Lead expansion into exposure and vulnerability management with patch and device control
• Partner with Entity Analytics on asset criticality and exposure prioritization
• Serve as product voice with CISO and VP-level security stakeholders
• Write requirements and ground detection scoring in threat research with engineering

Requirements

• 7-10 years product management experience, 4+ in security or B2B enterprise
• Hands-on XDR, EDR, SIEM knowledge or SOC analyst and incident responder background
• Understand exposure prioritization, exploitability, and reachability over CVSS severity
• Comprehend analytics and data science behind detection and threat landscape

Compensation range

• EUR 80,400–127,200 base per year
