Built by a product manager who got tired of the noise

I'm [TODO: name], a principal product manager with [TODO: years] years in product at [TODO: companies you are happy to name]. I've hired PMs and I've been the one looking for the next role. Both sides of that search waste a lot of time.

Search for senior product manager roles on a big job board and you get thousands of results. Most are mid-level roles, recruiter reposts, or companies that won't pay what the title suggests. The best-paying roles in Europe are often only on a company's own careers page, where nobody promotes them.

SeniorPMJobs does one narrow thing. It lists product management roles, Senior and above, at companies known to pay senior PMs €100k or more, and nothing else.

How it's funded

Candidates pay for the full feed. Employers pay nothing and can't buy a listing. The board is only useful if the roles are good, so that's what it optimises for.

What's free

Every role has its own page, and the weekly digest brings ten roles, the week's hiring numbers, and one role taken apart: what the team is hiring for, what the posting leaves out, and what to ask in the interview.
