Terms of sale

Who sells

What you buy
Access to the full feed of open product management roles we track, in [TODO: format, e.g. a shared Google Sheet], updated [TODO: update frequency]. Each role links to the company's own posting. We curate roles carefully, but we don't employ, represent or recruit for the companies listed, and we can't guarantee that a role is still open, that it pays a particular amount, or that you will be hired.
Plans and prices
3 months access: €39. One payment for 3 months of access from the day you buy. It does not renew.
Lifetime founding member: €99. One payment for access for as long as SeniorPMJobs operates the database, limited to the first 30 buyers. [TODO: what happens if the service closes, e.g. notice period and any pro-rata refund]

Delivery
Access starts right after payment: you are taken to a page with the link to the database, and [TODO: how access is granted, e.g. we share it with your email address within 24 hours].
Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because access is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you agree that delivery starts right away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins." This needs an explicit consent step at checkout. B: "We offer a no-questions refund within 14 days of purchase; write to us from the email you paid with." Option B is simpler to run and to explain.]
Fair use
Access is personal. Don't share your access, resell the data or copy the database in bulk. We may suspend access that is clearly shared or scraped, and refund the unused part of a 3-month plan.
Liability
The database is provided as is. Role details come from companies' public postings and can change or be withdrawn without notice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Law and disputes
