What you'll be doing

Define capacity model structure including desktop allowance, enterprise tiers, and pooled capacity
Own metering, monitoring and forecasting of consumption at user, workflow and firm levels
Shape capacity and pricing inputs in partnership with Finance and Enterprise AI leadership
Translate capacity requirements into detailed PRDs for engineering and metering teams
Work with enterprise clients to validate capacity model against real usage patterns
Define capacity KPIs and use telemetry to inform product direction

Requirements

Strong enterprise software, SaaS or AI platform product management experience
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products, understanding tokens and compute costs
Strong analytical skills with ability to model cost and unit economics
Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence
