Where the €100k+ product manager jobs are in Europe
257 open PM roles at 76 top-paying companies, broken down by city, level and employer. London holds 38% of them; Senior is the most common level.
We track the careers pages of 76 European and global tech companies that pay senior product managers €100k or more. On 5 October 2026 they had 257 open product management roles in Europe, after merging roles posted separately in several countries. About 24 new ones appear each week.
Here is where they are.
London is a third of the market

Counted by city named in the posting. A role open in two cities counts in both, so shares add up to more than 100%.
By country, the UK leads with 124 roles, ahead of Germany (54), Spain (38), the Netherlands (35), France (31) and Ireland (28). Spain ranks higher by country than by city because many of its roles are remote within Spain or open in several countries at once.
Tallinn is the surprise. It matches Dublin, almost entirely because of Bolt and Wise, which both run large product teams there.

Three in four roles (189) are Senior or above. Leadership roles are thin: Head of Product, Director and VP together make up 22, fewer than one new role a week across all of Europe. If you are looking at that level, expect to wait for the right opening rather than choose between several.
Mid-level roles (52) are listed because the company clears the pay bar, not because every mid-level role pays €100k. More on that in our salary analysis.
A few employers drive the numbers
Five companies account for a quarter of all open roles: Wise (19), Amazon (16), Bloomberg (14), Booking.com (10) and Bolt (9). Adyen, HelloFresh and Zalando follow with 8 each.
When one company opens many PM roles at once, it usually means a new product area or a reorganisation. Wise is the clearest case right now: 19 open roles, 11 of them Principal or Director level, and 16 in London.
Remote is rarer than it looks
37 roles (14%) are marked remote. Most of them hire only in specific countries, often one or two. Fully Europe-wide remote PM roles are a small minority. 59 roles are open in more than one country, usually as remote or hybrid with a choice of office.
How we count
We include only product management roles: Product Manager through VP of Product. We leave out product marketing, design, analytics, programme management and internships. Roles open for more than six months are excluded from these numbers, and so are general applications and talent pools. Full methodology.
