Requirements

• 5+ years product management in developer tools, observability, or complex B2B domains
• Lead strategy across multiple engineering teams without direct organizational authority
• Strong working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, SDKs, OTLP, Collectors, semantic conventions
• Experience building instrumentation systems, agents, collectors, or infrastructure products
• Excellent written and verbal communication in remote, globally distributed environment
• Use customer research and product data to drive decisions and measure outcomes

Compensation range

• Ireland: EUR 133,600-160,320 base per year
