• Project-manage complex multi-org launches across marketplaces and certification processes
• Establish technical standards and certification criteria for House Mates partner program
• Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact to executive leadership

Requirements

• Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms or hyperscaler marketplaces
• Understanding of integration trade-offs: billing, auth, security, cross-team dependencies
• Strong project management skills for launches depending on multiple teams
• Technical ability to understand integrations end-to-end and discuss APIs with engineers
• Hands-on ownership: write specs, run partner calls, manage details closely
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Compensation range

• USD 210,000-310,000 base per year
